The outbreak of the kraken flu has crippled Vana'diel's economy causing wide-spread protests and civil unrest!
The Grand Duchy of Jeuno has threatened to release armed Airships, the Ducal Guard and the Chocoboknights to stamp out the turmoil, has it gone too far?!
Of the many brave protestors, I would like to highlight a few:
A steadfast Mithra, Skjalf, who has been protesting for the re-opening of a closed Galkan Sausage factory due to the outbreak of the kraken flu...
An ornery TaruTaru with a snowman hat is refusing to pay the increased taxes imposed by the Duchy for economic restabilization on his Snowcone business.. He is now in GM jail without bail for "delivering the Grand Duke one of his new snowcone flavors... 'Lemon Snowcone', however, under further review, it was determined that no lemons were involved."
Some Vana'dielians believe that a mysterious Tarutaru, rumoured to be called "Pikohan", will solo the whole Duchy army... how can one taru do it all?!
One of the many causes that have received many backers are in regards to:
The world has imposed a strict universal $1,000,000 limit for the trading of Sparks and Accolades for currency, how will businesses thrive?!
Independent Mercenary services have EXPLODED within the last few years, Naja Salaheem and Aht Urghan are FURIOUS that the Grand Duchy has not paid respective taxes on the revenue received from "merc'ing" and is threatening to stop the supply of alexandrites!
Furious gear-seekers have been waiting literal Vana'diel decades for the release of the new department store that will hold the elusive Empyrean gear +2 and +3, the Company has mentioned the release will be "sometime in the next 3 Earth years", what is Earth?!
Draw your character rising up and protesting for their beliefs in what they believe is unjust!
