Is there a certain time you can do it?? I’m world Transfer Service a character and it says it completed but still on old world oO
You can only call a GM on Firesday while your character facing west.
It said it was completed though n I was Annie to put it in??

Did you logout and waited a couple of mins before reloging? If your server in your SE account differ from the server your char is actually in, there isnt much issue to prove the GM need to fix your situation. Call a GM and wait, this happened to me several times. It can take an hour or longer for them to get back to you but they will fix it.
This happened to me before. The best way to get this resolved is to contact online support. They can resolve the issue.
Actually this is a common error.
If you log your char as soon as you finish purchasing and processing your transfer, it will break and you wont move. Best practice is to do the server transfer in SE site then either go sleep or go out. Once you get back more likely everything is done correctly. I needed to call a GM yesterday early evening and didn't get a reply 'til this morning about ten to fifteen minutes after turning on desktop's monitor to see if my bazaar sold anything overnight and to catch up on any ls chatter. Worse yet, it was just a valueless, canned response. I've had it take a week to get a response, at times, and again just a canned response. They did some magic on their end & directed me to /logout of POL and wait about ten to fifteen minutes before logging back into POL. Each time, it worked. Well, you're running out of time to call them at the number I posted above. I'd get on it if I were you. Otherwise you'll have to wait until tomorrow and then they are closed over the weekend. They go by pacific US time zones, 9 AM to 5 PM.
