William Barr's daughter worked at the US attorney's office for almost 10 years before going to the Department of Justice and then a senior advisor to the Director to the Department of Treasury. Now she's a lawyer in that department.

Barr's son in law, an attorney, left the job he already had in the Justice Department to become an attorney that advsises WH staff.

Giuliani's son went to Duke and aspired to be a professional golfer. He is now the liaison between sports teams and coordinates their visits to the WH. He makes 90k a year (Biden made that every month).

He was an attorney at Boies Schiller Flexner when Burisma hired him to help with corporate governance and best practices in 2014.

While you might have partisan bias against him and his father he was qualified for the position despite the narrative given by the President that you repeated in your post.
