Nothing has been debunked. Trump requested an investigation into a political rival. Any treaty with the Ukraine does not override the law posted above. It has nothing to do with the US and Ukraine sharing information to assist each other with a criminal investigation. It is about Trump withholding congressional approved aid to the Ukraine until they gave him dirt on a political rival. That is really it in a nutshell. If a treaty held any weight in this impeachment inquiry, then the GOP would be latching onto that as a defense, but they aren't. Even they aren't that stupid.

Exculpatory evidence isn't needed if your case is 100% hearsay. Impeach all you want, this is super dead on the Senate based on the merits of the case alone.
