Is There A Plugin For Controller Cross Hotbar?

Does anyone know if a windower4 plugin exists that replicates the ffxiv cross hotbar behavior? Or anything really that makes the controller experience better?

Elaborate for those who have never played the cashgrab waste that is XIV.

But my opinion as a massive controller user: only use it for movement, there's too much lag to use it effectively in battle.

I agree that lag is a problem when using a controller but I still prefer to use it for combat over the keyboard.
The cross hotbar is a fantastic improvement to controller support but I don't see SE adding it to ffxi. I haven't heard anything about windower5 so I'll check it out.

Can just use a keyboard, the efficiency is just astronomically better. so says a person who always uses a controller (no desk).

This is one of the best parts of Windower 5:
