FFXI And 4k

Is anyone playing FFXI in 4k? I just got my 4k monitor (upgrade from previous 2k (QHD) monitor.) But for FFXI it's actually a disappointment. The reason is on 4k the UI scaling is so small I have to use UI scaling and set it to 1.5x the problem is that is scales all the UI which are made out of PNG/DDS textures up which makes all the fonts and UI rather blurry. On 2k I could leave the UI scaling at 1x so no upscaling used which allowed them to remain crisp. Is there any work around for this that doesn't make FFXI playing in 4k look like a downgrade coming from 2k?

Edit: To be clear, graphics don't look blurry at all they look fine. However, the UI and fonts are being upscaled and don't look crisp because of 1.5x UI scaling while in 2k I had 1x UI scaling aka no upscaling therefor they looked nice and crisp.
