Off Hand Skill Question

Question:

Main Hand gives Club Skill +228 (Mafic Cudgel)
Off Hand = Kraken Club with no additional +Club Skill

Let's say I'm on Ranger with the Mafic Cudgel in my main hand (one of the very few clubs Ranger can equip with the +Club Skill...

Does the +228 Club Skill apply to enhance the accuracy of the Kraken Club also?

Or does the +Club Skill only apply to the main hand?

Just curious and want to hand some fun with a multi-hit build for WS Spamming.

The +combat skill on weapons only applies to that weapon.
