You can probably still buy the items. They are sold in the JP Square Enix store. However, the code is probably no longer active.
Alternatively, you can get the "Timeless Remembrance" Blu-Ray that comes with a Rainbow Mog Pell, which you can trade for the camera.
For ammo, your best bet is the fullmetal bullet from Campaign quests, otherwise there's bronze bullets.

I don't think the Fullmetal Bullet can be fired as it doesn't have a DMG or Delay rating, so i'm not sure it would work with Quick Draw too
