NPC's for 1,073 in home nation with hero fame... but wth are these cards for???
They're only good for NPCing.
Why would there be a Card section on the AH, and record of some selling for 10k?
If you have it in your inventory, you won't get hurt by Deal Out from that type of Cardian.
There was a rumor before that having the card in your inventory would prevent Cardians of that type and lesser rank from aggroing or something like that. The cards really serve no purpose.

It's because of the BCNM, since the rumors of having it on you for Deal Out, enmity, or whatever etc.
You need one of them for the Opo-opo crown quest and another for some quest in Jeuno. Aside from that, who knows ? ^^
That's what I remember from years ago.
I've only ever heard the rumours of agro, which are total BS, never heard of the Deal Out one though, definitely gonna try this out next time I do a Royale Ramble run, reasonably sure that's a rumor too though.
Its a rumor or it would be listed on the wiki somewhere (Under Deal Out, under Royal Ramble, on the talk pages, etc). That BCNM has been around for a very long time and so have those cards and the rumor.
