Umm it helps the lower class of actual tax payers more then the higher one. Specifically the reduction for the middle class, which are the bottom of those who actually pay taxes, is a bigger benefit then the top of the tax bracket.
Then again you are part of the crowd that thinks over 200K a year family income is "rich".

Except it wont add trillions to the debt because the growth in the economy will offset any additional debt.
The real question is, why do liberals not care about the poor?
Its not only going to add trillions to the debt but also cause the deficit to skyrocket. So much for the party of fiscal responsibility, why bother pretending.
