Depends on the job. Honestly though Heca> rutters
since he has "only" sam as DD really i guess he mean for sam (not counting THF :P)
edit: and yea think those are nice for sam, if you hume you'de use RSE62 shoes but all others this is best boost in STR on feet if i am right

Rutter for YGKK, On Multi-Hit (Penta, Rana) I use Usukane, that may be debatable between something else though.
RSE2 for tarus also =D

One major exception that comes to mind would be DRK AF+1, if you don't have Insurgency and are stuck with Guillotine.
STR+5 MND+5 > STR+6 DEX+3, especially with Guillotine's 25% MND modifier.

Actually, I would prefer denali for nin/blu/dnc. And Cor AF+1 feet are pretty good too. Rng just has a bunch of better options for feet I believe (Not a ranger personally but don't think I've ever seen a rng wear these)

i personally use askar has + enmity but meh i'll pull hate w/o em kekek. although rutters, hachiman, ect isnt so bad. basically anything that has str+ unless your using a multihit ws then id go with something with acc depending on how your merits are setup.

I agree Denali for blu and as for
Rdm i'd say morrigans feet +10 mind for death blossom(mod mnd 50%)
or goli's if ya cnnt get ya hands on morrigans
so that just leaves Sam lol
