Vic how confirmed as delusional. Trump was never under investigation in the first place, so he can't "still" be under investigation.
Secondly wapo reports need secondary verification because facts I don't like and all. Just so everyone remembers, Comey testified that Trump never told him to stop any investigation (actually quite the opposite).
