I've been watching this account for a couple months. The only thing ever sold are Imperial Silver pieces and the volume at which he/she sells stacks seem very suspect to me. It's not uncommon to see 10+ stacks sold a day from this account.
It would take a massive amount of meriting to be able to maintain that kind of supply for so long.
