Party Icon Display Addon

So the option to turn on the icons of your party members is pretty limiting. The options being lock it on one party member or you have to target that party member to see their buffs. Which got me thinking that an addon that has an overlay of the whole party's buffs all at once would be nice for brds, whms, cors, rdms, any job that has buffs that could get dispelled.

Anyway to make this addon one would need a list of the party's buffs. The developer wiki seems to not be updated all that often and I was wondering if windower.ffxi.get_party() was changed to include buffs somehow, or if there is some other function that gets the data that is used for the in game party icon display setting.
