How do i cancel "Saved by the Bell" quest in order to begin "Quiescence" quest?

I think you can't do that until you are in one of the ergon weapon trading stages. If so, you can finish the stage you are on or ask Runje Desaali (the high purity bayld mithra) to give up. You'll lose all your progress (and materials already traded) in that stage though.
