Keep Getting Kicked Out Of Naja Salaheem's Office

every time i walk in to check my Mercenary Rank i keep getting a c/s with Abquhbah saying there doing something with the files that i need to come back later, i cant find out what quest this is i have looked all over the wiki site, looked in my quest log for what it could be didnt see anything there. does anyone know what quest this could be?

Either you do not have enough rank points earned from assaults or you started ToAU 42 and have not finished it.

I am not sure what happens if you start ToAU 42 and not finish it, but there is a warning on Wiki that if you start it you will not be able to rank up until the mission is done.

There is also a warning when you go to accept this mission as well about it, but yes, you do need to complete ToAU 42 to be able to access Salaheem's Sentinels again.
