Memory Error

So at least once a day I get this Memory error after having the game on for a few hours, and entering a new zone. It lags the game for about 20s and then the game crashes.. I'm not sure what to make of the message. Any help? ^^;

You can use this to see your addons' memory consumption:
//lua memory

The highest memory consumption for me is usually GearSwap after a few job swaps. I added a user command to my GearSwap files "//gs c reload" to make it easy to do a full reload of GearSwap:

I had this happen all the time, after trying various things, the only thing that resolved it was turning off the "highlight" addon. Hasn't happened to me now in a month +
