You can always add on more attack buffs, so yes, you can break 5100.

Hmmmm sounds like a soul voice and bolster were in the mix. Wonders what a bolstered STR+Fury with Minuets and etudes would do... Also 2brds + Geo + Cor could get you substantially higher. There would have to be a point of diminishing returns though...
Invite a BLU to AoE Nature's Meditation too. Must. Get. 9999.

You can probably invite Ifrit for his Favor, buffs, and Warcry, too. Cor 11 CC Chaos, Bolster Idris Fury, Indi STR, Boost STR, LR/Berserk, Etudes, Minuet x5. Magma Steak it up too. Nature's Meditation is just a standard "Attack Bonus" that may not stack with other forms of the "same name" (i.e. unless it is named something specific, like Berserk or Warcry, it won't stack).

If you want to be super tryhard add in: Honor March, Firestorm II (w/ Stormsurge feet), and Growl from Fenrir.

Dhamel UNM, go /war and use absorb atri to steal it's berserk. it stacks with your sub jobs berserk, you can also pop last resort.

There are bombs(?) in Abyssea with a similar super-zerk, but lolAbyssea.

I did Apoc first, then lib and onto rag. Lib is still boss in terms of raw dps for drk, very happy choice :)

WAR Rag however > Lib.
hard to say ay of that. I have personally done 33k resolution spam on apex crawlers pre update, with geo cor buffs. did not see a big attk boost since update. but know there is other varieables, geo skill etc. but both rag and lib are amazing.
