MistakesWereMade LS End-Game'ish Needs More

Just as the title says. I am going to attempt to fire up a new linkshell for new'ish players concerning end-game content. Depends on the response to this will determine where exactly we would start. I would like to start on Escha ZiTah T1 and/or Delve and move up from there.

The reason I have decided to give this a shot is it seems that unless you are already max geared nobody really wants you end game. Or you may be one of those few that are playing a highly played class (Such as BLU/BLM) that nobody has a real need for. So this might be an option for you if the response is good.
My first priority will be attempting to secure some jobs like WHM, PLD, BLM, SCH, GEO, and BLU. Once a core group is established we'll move on from there.

I ask that you have two jobs you are willing to gear (main job/sub job) so that we can get to content at a reasonable pace. This way if one PLD can't make it for "x" reason, that other PLD can step in and help out. That goes for any job. As long as one of your jobs is considered a "core end-game" job, your second can really be anything you'd like. Yes that includes you, you weird DRK player. :)

This linkshell will really be intended for more fresher 99's but is not limited too. It feels as though some us fresher 99's need an event shell that is more than willing too accommodate our need for gear as well. With that said, Alluvion gear is relatively easy to get even if solo and not /yelling for groups. So would prefer jobs with Alluvion gear at least, but is not a requirement, that can be remedied as well.

Social players are also more than welcome to join and have some fun conversation. Just please be upfront that you just want to be social and are not really interested in end-game things for this LS.

Event Times:
Tuesday: 10pm - 1am EST
Thursday: 10pm - 1am EST
Weekends will be scheduled from week too week depending on availability. Everyone's weekends seem to be sporadic for life reasons and all.

Unfortunately 10pm est is like 3am gmt lolz or i would have been interested lol... i have a kid at school so i dont tend to be the game later then 10pm uk which is 6pm est i think ;-(
