HALP!!! Permanoob Needs A Dynamis Shell

Hi,
ok Im begging all the faceless strangers out there please help me out. I need to find a decent dynamis shell that makes runs either Tues or Thurs nites starting at somewhere between 6:00-9:00 EST and anytime on the weekends is fine. I am not looking to join the most uber shell there ever was to join in a pissing contest. Im just looking for a group that respects its peoples time and gets the job done. I have no intention of upgradeing a relic or anything hardcore of that nature I am simply looking to get the plain ole relic gear for multiple jobs. If anyone knows of a shell please let me know where to apply either on here or ingame.
