Is it possible to get enhancing duration on a piece of gear that would not normally?

I'm not sure i've ever seen enhancing duration on any pieces. For the most part DM is just throwing everything into the pot with higher caps on them with no real rhyme or reason to any of it, so should be possible to see it in theory, just never have personally
It's on a weapon or two, but no armor. It's not an aug that can randomly pop up on something with DM though

Just got shield block +10 on herc legs. I'm sure it's useless on any armor but was surprised since I had never seen more than 5 before.
I'd like to see shield block combined with -DT, Onion sword and genmei shield on BLU.

Wouldnt be very high still on even 135ish trash given blu would only have /sub shield skill and block rate goes below the floor
I always thought shield block % is a flat value as in if you previously had 0% block chance and equip a item with 10% block chance you now have 10% chance to block.
If it's just a % increase of your current block rate it's indeed disappointing for BLU but still maybe something to consider for other shield jobs like RDM, BST or WAR.

Really only war and to a lesser extent bst can get block to an okay level and thats relying on adapas reprisal/+20 block ontop of ilvl shield. I played with rdm shield build and it basically falls off a cliff at around 130, though with enough dm chironic block+ it might be alright

If its for DRK it's good. If WAR/PLD, you can use Souveran feet +1 for Phalanx +5.

You need odyssean feet to hit 102+SIRD on your phalanx set :3

Just got Herculean Vest with Quadruple Attack +3%. The other stats are not great though, all magic stuff I think. Is this chestpiece useful for TP? I mostly play DNC but thinking it might be useful for COR too since I don't have malignance yet?
QA+3 will prolly beat anything else in terms of raw TP/sec

is it possible to get phalanx + augments on all eschan augmentable armor (ody,herc,chiro,merl, etc) or just certain sets? asking so i dont waste time trying to get it on a set that no one has ever received it on before. TIA

You can get the phalanx roll on all the armor.

Would you use these even without accuracy? I have a similar pair of feet for BRD (3 QA 2 DA) but I always assumed it wasn't something I could swing without a high acc mod.
I guess it depends what you're fighting. Right now Herc is in my glass cannon set, and my hybrid set uses Malignance
I'd keep it for a low acc set, but depending what else you're chasing from that cheapskate, it would be rather high priority of getting replaced with better augs.

Stats seem appropriate for the jobs that can equip the armor.
I think I would only keep the herc feet aug because the other augs weren't what I wanted either lol
