Even if it's not an official rule I do support the idea that the previous winner cannot make an entry as it diversifies the winning entries, it would be boring if the same person won every week, especially when you consider we regularly have people entering with vastly different levels of artistic talent.
It doesn't stop the host of the current week from posting an image, just that it can't be considered for entry.

Shiggles enters the contest. The drawing doesn't portray the crime, the drawing is the crime! Woaahhhhhh maaaaaan!

This sounded like a fun and silly idea when I started working on it. Eventually it turned into a "I've started so I'll finish" type of pieces.
I just wanted an excuse to draw silly faces on Aegis.
Might edit this into 3 different pieces so it's a bit easier to read, heh. Also on the topic of editing, I had to edit this outside of MS Paint because the file became buggy. Nothing major or anything that couldn't be done in MS Paint, I just wanted to save another copy of it incase it went poof. I'm fine with withdrawing the entry if that's a problem with folk.
