Switching From 360 To PC....

Hello Everyone.
My 360 crapped out on me, and i'm thinking to switch to PC, but i need a lil help doing so.
Would i have to buy all the expansions for the PC?
Will i need a some sort of system upgrade for the XP version? (and if so it would help out if you can tell me where to get that upgrade from)
And what are the system requirements that my laptop will need to run the game somewhat "ok".
I appreciate all the info i can get.

They sell the complete ffxi for pc with expansions included. You can either buy it or download from a site like torrent.

Graphics card must be compatible. XP is fine to have as OS.

No, if you have all the expansions on the xbox u do not need new cd keys, however, you do need to install all the expansions you plan on playing.

XP Works just fine.

Go to playonline.com, they have the system requirements for pc and even a program u can download that checks to see if your pc can run it before you buy it.

it was kind of hard for me to switch. but now i prefer playing on my pc. i still use a 360 controller though lol

I still love xbox360 graphics over PC but my xbox randomly freeze during beseige or campain battle. I switched to PC and rarely have any problem but I do need PC xbox controler type to play on PC.

If your computer has been built in the last 5 years you're probably pretty safe to install FFXI. :P
