The bill of rights is just 10 amendments, no different than any of the other amendments as far as legality is concerned. It is totally possible to repeal one of the first 10 amendments, nothing prevents it.

No I did not. I have asked you to tell us how three-fourths of the states are going to come together and change the 2nd amendment. Keep in mind more than half of them will not ever change their mind on it AND 400mil guns already are in citizen hands.

We are getting of topic and mincing words. When I first used the "Bill of Rights" in was in a quote. But you are wrong about nothing preventing changing the 2nd amendment.
