Synergy Help To Make Fishermens Stall

I am aksign for help to create my fishermen's stall. i have all the reqired ietms but have no idea how to do syynergy. So i would appriciate if anyone could help me in game to get it down.

As returning player i really don't have that much to pay for the effort :(

Honestly no one should charge you for something that takes 1 minute to do. I remember when I made my stall level was an issue for me so I needed help with it but someone 40+ shouldn't really have any issue doing it
