Looking For Overseas Social LS

Hello everyone. I've been living overseas for close to a year now. I've been playing for one full year (Aug 2008) and still kinda new. My highest job is RDM 48 (atm.) So this might be a long shot, but looking for any LS that plays during Tokyo time and is also interested in lower lvl characters, i.e. anyone without a 75 job.

Ah, Odin sounds like a place that will be closed forever. Maybe when FFXIV comes out.
