Yeah, look at the list of synths and pick them.
Synths cap at 11 skills higher than their cap. So you can pretty much do w/e you want.

Back at 75 cap I did:

1-3 grass thread
3-4 grass cloth
4-8 cape
8-11 cotton thread
11-12 cotton cloth
12-15 cotton cape
15-19 linen thread
19-21 linen cloth
21-22 yagudo fletchings (probably easiest to just spam these to 33)
22-29 kaginawa
22-30 fly lure
30-34 shinobi tabi
30-35 wool thread
35-37 wool cloth
37-41 mohbwa thread - not practical, toau is over, but cant you still get this in the mog garden from the NPC? or is that a different grass? if you can then just spam this one
