I'd level sync for parties XD But imagine it being some old guy level syncing down to 16 and a girl doesn't realize it's a grandpa aged or a older man. I think she'd be freaked out lol
i would go with Cannonball or Hysteric Barrage

I would choose Stoneskin for spell and Healing Waltz for ability. Pro for skin will cut down on physical damage to a good degree, good to have on while driving and other things. Con Still possible take some damage. Healing Waltz will be nice to cure dose pesky status effects like e.g. poisonous spider, snakes bites and scorpion stings.
