Mog Garden And Chacaroon's Cheer

Trying to unlock monster rearing lvl 2 and wiki is saying I need a KI called "Sakura and the Magic Spoon". Does anyone have any idea how to unlock this KI? I have everything rank 4 or higher and have the entire quest line completed. I tried checking all the forums but there really isn't alot of info anywhere on this. any help would be appreciated.

I believe you buy it from Zennica in Western Adoulin between the AH and Pioneer's Coalition.

I tried that multiple times and she never has it. I just found it though. Turns out the skipper moogles only carry it. I guess the inital post from Se was wrong.

i got my KI for that from the adoulin npc anything the skipper moogle has for the garden she will too

You just didn't meet the requirements, until now. Just gotta keep doing mog garden stuff until the NPCs let you buy em.
