I actually like the idea of an ingame option to kill off spam. True, you may not be able to help out low-level players (if you set the minimum level requirement flag), but at least it'll kill off the RMT and other such random tells you may receive.
And to all those people who keep pushing Windower/Chatmon on everyone: not everyone wants to play with Windower. For those who don't want to play with Windower, and even those who aren't into the hardcore community (read: casual players who just started) this may be a great idea.

as much as i HATE this verified by visa bs, i have to admit rmt tells dropped like 80% or more

I AM not PC, I CAN'T get windower, I can't get chatmon.
Not only do I not need this IMPLEMENTED by SE, I don't recall giving you permission to speak on my behalf.
RMT /tells are words on a screen, nothing more nothing less. They don't impair my ability to play.
They don't hinder my chance to progress in the game.
They don't affect me in any way, shape or form. Why? Because I don't let them.
I realize that some people just aren't happy unless they have something to complain about, but seriously,
what do these /tells do to you that makes your life so miserable?

The RMT tells arent too bad , not on Pandy server. If i am on for 6 hours, i may get only 2-3 tells. Its not too annoying. At least they dont spam 5 consecutive tells
