The trick, as I understand it, is to actually make the bun out of just ONE donut. You grill the inside a little to make it a bit more solid and cohesive. And no mustard. Ketchup is a maybe, but mayo is better.
Some say it should be glaze out, some say the glaze side should be in. I have yet to attempt this monstrosity... but this thread tempts me back to peer over the oily rim of the Eternal Void of the Forbidden Sammich.

I'm in no way a big health nut, and I have a less than desirable diet overall. But at least I have the *** sense to not eat something that severely disgustingly horrible for you.
I just eat the /10 meat that you see on things like mcdonalds hamburgers. Tiny patties, I cook with those but boy do they fill you up with just 1 sandwich. People should eat slower so they can feel full while eating -1- burger.
