Concerning Homestead Weaponry

Ok so I've been hearing that they are tied to rank 8 peacekeepers, but when I look at the level, I see Peacekeeper's is only lvl 7 on my server, yet I've already started seeing players wearing the equipment.

Anyone know where these dang things come from? I want another Axe to Dual Wield while I skillup.

The new weapons and gear were added to and can be bought from this npc with no rank limitations it would seem, since my rank is low and bought several pieces already.

Your rank has nothing to do with it. Which rank is needed is coalition rank, which can be seen from region->adoulin.

Yes but Peacekeeper's is still rank 7, yet (I'm not using this as player warning) I've seen Cabrito wearing the Homestead dagger. This doesn't make sense >_<

You said it, it doesn't make sense - need coalition rank 8 to get them. Bug, maybe?

Best you can do is do coalition assignments and check npc if rank is going up until it does, SE made it easier to rank up/keep rank some update ago.

Edit: another choice is server transfer from a server that had rank 8 from first week. Who knows?
