Any one else experiencing this currently?

I have just gone through salvage constantly going R-0 then going back to normal ... and the circle continues.... it's doing this any where not just salvage.

Some people on Phoenix are experiencing the same thing.
I haven't had any R0's yet although every time I log-in the music stops for like 3 seconds and there's a black screen before I log on. Very strange...
Looks like SE broke something (again) with that last update...

Hmm Cant help but notice most of us are in the UK/EU Zone? Issues with those specific servers maybe?
