Oboro Question Regarding Relic Weapons.

Will he talk to you and accept Plutons etc after having a lv 99 relic or do you need to do Delve win, and SKC difficult win etc before he will upgrade these weapons?

So... DO I need 1 delve win, 1 SKC Difficult win and 1 AA win on normal or higher, or does it mean I need to do one of those only...

Not sure if it's one task of each group of literally just one task.

"at least one of" means one of, not all of.

edit: that is, any delve win OR SKCNM difficult or greater OR AAII normal or greater win, etc.

When it was bullet pointed on the wiki I wondered if it meant a task from each grouping.

Also, that stuff doesn't have anything to do with him taking plutons from you to upgrade your r/e/m weapons. He should just do that. The requirements there are for getting him to make those 119 JSE weapons.

I just obtained Apoc 119 today... took me awhile to figure out how to get oboro to upgrade from lv99. You must talk to him with your relic 99 equipped before he will even think about upgrading. If you don't equip your 99 relic then all chat is JSE related.

I speak to him with my relic 99 equipped and he says "Feel free to leave my line of sight any time plebeian"...

Frustrating...

You need to have defeated one (or all 3) of the first delve bosses, then speak to Oboro with your relic weapon equipped, then he'll ramble on about being a blacksmith among blacksmiths, and require proof of an item level weapon which is equal or greater in power to your relic (same type of weapon, just be over ilvl 100 I think)

Basically you need to have some kind of eminence.

I got to skip all these troubles since I had cleared the delve bosses before i119 relics came out

Ok.... I beat an AA fight and then he spoke to me. I equipped my Excalibur and he gave me some dialogue about the sword and that he wants to see other weapons of greater power or something.

I traded him the Excalibur and now when I talk to him he has a prompt saying "What is the deal" and he says "I told you already, 300 Plutons".


I'm assuming I'm now good to go with this Pluton stage then?

I have not been in any Delve fights, but I'm assuming now that he is asking for the Plutons that I am good to go but he wouldn't interact with me at all until that AA was defeated on Normal mode.

Does the REM weapon have to have the afterglow or can it just be level 99?
