Ok just for starters, your telling me, that your reign over the noobs is quite strong, but yet, you r server remains stagnant. That to me tells me one, You may be the best there is, but you cannot finish it yourself, unless yo uwait for the lvl cap....
OR....
You befriend the noobs, b.c at one point you were just as noobish as they were, and you couldn't get anything else done with out others help.
A noob is still a noob, im done almost everything cept WOTG crap, and I may have only 4 jobs at 75, ( and at this point idc..) ....
