Paul Walker (actor) dead at age 40
Guess there won't be another fast and furious movie...
Kinda sad because the fast and furious movies seemed to be getting better and better, Pretty decent actor I will miss him.
Wonder what this will mean for the fast and furious franchise. also, you know that there is going to be people laughing at the irony of his death. >_> Odin.Jassik said: » Guess there won't be another fast and furious movie... 7 was filming so they might have gotten his scenes down. As long as Vin Diesel is up for it, they can continue the franchise. Truly sad, I really enjoyed the movies, the way he died is worst of all, the amount of jokes, the lack of tact that people will have, again we get to see people poke fun at how someone died.

As opposed to faux sadness about a person we knew through some films where he played a character? Someone dying isn't exactly an occasion to jump for joy but many people enjoyed his work, will continue to enjoy his work and all the memes that will spawn from this could be considered his 'legacy'. Isn't that what actors yearn for? I think there is plenty of fuel if the star of a series of movies about street racing dies in a single car accident. Seriously, though, how do you lose control of a porsche if you're not driving like a moron? Enjoying someones movies, thats one thing, poking fun about how they died, different to me. I can still enjoy the Fast & Furious movies, and will continue to do so, but I doubt I will enjoy any jokes about how he died in a car crash and its 'funny' because thats what his most stand out movies are about, driving.
Maybe he drifted into another dimension
He wasn't driving the car.

Well the details aren't in so I'm not sure what to feel yet.
Attending a charity event with a friend that's driving and dying in a a car wreck is pretty tragic. Was drinking involved? Vehicular malfunction? Driver error? Idk. It's always a bummer when someone passes unexpectedly. I'm sorry for his daughter and other family members and friends.
The street where he was Hercules street actually, there always people racing and minor accidents. RIP Walker.
Very sad
RIP I look at that picture, other pictures, and a video clip of the scene and just can't believe how little of the car is left.
The Meme-nature of the title made me laugh and then awful. rest in peace From what I read on BG (I think it was) that type of car has the engine in the back, which is why it's so crushed.
Edit: After googling it seems it's a mid-engine? Someone else can clarify this stuff, I know nothing about cars I'm in shock...complete and utter shock.

Guess he wasnt so fast and furious, somewhere there is a tree with a pink slip to a Porsche GT

Carrera GT, Cayman, Cayenne, 914, 924, 928, and 944 were either mid or front engine. Truly, only the 911 and boxter are rear engine. Edit: Boxter is even mid-engine. There's almost nothing left of that car.... jesus.

He was an okay actor, driving with a friend (some reports say he was the driver, others not) and died tragically. You may have no care for what people say about you after you pass but what about a joke told of your friend's/father's/mother's/teacher's/favorite waitress' death? |
