FFXI Parser For Vista

I'm currently having problems with FFXI Log Parer on Vista while I know friends and LS members who don't have Vista are having no problems with it. Is there anyone who can help me figure out why? Or is there something I need to download to fix it?

What's going on right now is the information it is taking isn't accurate at all. It doesn't seem to be able to read the FFXI log file like it is suppose to be. So any help would appreciated on this issue. =)

I use... DirectParse.

And change the memloc to MEMLOC=0x57D7E8 in the DvsConf.txt file.

Used DirectParse before and the developer is a really cool guy, but overall prefer Kparser.

Meh.... I didn't like K Parser.

Do I need to load DirectParse before FFXI is loaded or can i do it afterwards?

You can start it whenever ya want. You just hit the 'start new parse' option from the file menu. Make sure you change that setting in the DvsConf.txt file though.

Solved my Vista Parse not working problem.

For Kparser,make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition 3.5 SP1 (SQLCE 3.5sp1).

Also, make sure you're installing the correct version for your OS(32/64bit.
