Bronze Mattock Cordon & Bronze Shovel Cordon

Sorry if this was already posted (search pulled up nothing but "how do I get...", but I received the Bronze mattock cordon and Bronze shovel cordon from Reja Ygridhi after I completed all of the Coalition Assignments (not counting the Base Provision ones from the Couriers' Coalition.

There was theorycrafting on BG forums a while ago that one of them is from completing all Advisor assignments and other from completing all non-Provision assignments. Would need someone who hasn't done all previous tier assignments to complete all Advisor assignments to prove or disprove that. :)

Completing all Adviser tasks without finishing the rest does not appear to unlock either KI. I'll know for sure when I get another tag and finish the last task I know i'm missing
