I dunno, I asked before if admin can see who rates down, but they can't. We only see when you hit report.

Lol I have my suspicions especially with that handy side bar that lets me see whos on and possibly just lurking. Funny thing is I wouldn't have noticed until you said something. I mean really do these downrates even do anything? Why are they even there? I can kinda see SSs but rating thousands of comments?
