Yeah I don't buy stuff from most places often enough for it to really save me money. Except Costco. Or those rare occasions I buy a new console.. oh wait I don't think I ever have
I just like walking around Costco. And the pizza there is good. Not to mention buying stuff in bulk is just cool.

I've always like Shin Megami Tensei games (If only for the epic names), but I've never played any Persona games.
It's Persona 3 Portable. Has a female story as well, which is new apparently. I was going to choose that first, but it was like "THIS IS RECOMMENDED FOR VETERANS!" and I'm like "Well ***, this is my first Persona ever...male story it is!"
If you like strategy games, I recommend it. And it's not even like FFX strategy (attack and heal - it'll die eventually) - if you don't figure out the boss's weakness(es), you'll get your face raped, lol.

I've never even looked into any Persona games. They just look like The Sims to me. I'm surprised there are even bosses.
So many ways I can turn this into a sexist joke based on the thought of this game being similar to The Sims.

During the day (story related) it's somewhat like that. You build relationships with people and stuff, but it effects your Personas (summons, you could say) in just about every way/shape/form.

There's a totally different female protagonist in this one, according to sites. Lizz told me how you couldn't control each character in P3 on PS2. P3P you can control them all, like in P4.

Since this was made after P4, they implemented a lot of stuff from it, like easier Tartarus warping. Also instead of physically walking everywhere, you just have a cursor and can interact with a bunch of stuff.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 Portable (ペルソナ3 ポータブル?), an enhanced remake of Persona 3 for the PlayStation Portable, was released in Japan on November 1, 2009 , and released in North America on July 6th, 2010. The announcement in Famitsū revealed that the player would have the option to play as a female character. This selection alters some aspects of the story: the first Persona gained by the Protagonist, Orpheus, will have a different appearance; Igor's assistant in the Velvet Room, Elizabeth, can be replaced with a male equivalent named Theodore. The gender choice also alters some aspects of the Social Link stories. In addition to the new playable character, there are two new difficulty levels to select from alongside the original game's three. Shōji Meguro composed new music for Persona 3 Portable; some of the game's music is different if the female protagonist is selected.[58] Several cameos of characters from Persona 4 have been added to Persona 3 Portable, including Yukiko Amagi, a playable character from Persona 4.
