Do you TP in full usu on sam? :o Excuse my SAM ignorance but I thought full usu wasn't the best gear to wear on GK sam.

Hey, any dual boxers here can walk me through the process of starting up another account and linking it to my SE account so I can get the chars on that accounts satchels?
I would like to think it's as easy as going to POL making a new account, giving the same personal/billing info and adding new CD-keys as FFXI is already installed. But I'm not 100% sure.

Full Usu on SAM isn't the best.

That would be nice, I always thought the armour trials would be similar to the weapon trials though, you get an item from a moogle and then do trials on it :/
Also I'm pissed off, I've got an AWESOME idea in my mind, but I have no way to see it into fruition

It does make me feel like playing again, It's just I can't see myself putting the time in for the pieces of gear I need, and I hate being perma gimp ; ;

Yeah, for being a relic weapon I was hoping it would be more katana-ish and elaborate rather than being Plain Jane and sword-ish.
I hate the Masumane. I find it doesn't look enough like a GK.
I would have much preferred the Amano to be a curved Great Katana.

I've always had an interest in bard, but never owned up to actually playing it, but that shall change relatively soon.

Bard rocks, I know a lot of people hate playing it, but it was so fun for me. End-game it's a bit... eh but levelling up is incredafun, I'm bringing it to 99 even if I have to take extra time for it ^-^
I'm curious if you could make BRD DD in a way. I know their dagger skill isn't half bad, and they have access to a slew of decent DD gear, not to mention the buffs they can give themselves and debuffs to the enemy.

They actually can, and don't let anyone tell you different. They can't stack up to a proper DD, but I once played a friends account and he had some really nice BRD DD WS and TP gear, and I was pulling of some really nice Eviscerations (about 700-850) whilst keeping a party buffed. You have to give up the extra skill from the Chanters staff, but you should hit cap on minuet without it anyways. (2nd brd in a meripo)

But part of the problem is good daggers as they always kinda gimped on daggers and more so recently unless you do trial daggers for it

This was my almost-set on my other character. No Vbelt and no Haidate, lol.
I'm sure there are even better options now but BRD is one of the (very) few jobs that could cap Haste without /DRG before this level cap increase.
Edit: I didn't have Justice Torque either.

I still find it funny brd can wear 30 haste without latents and some DDs have a hard time even hitting 25
