Changes Square enix can really get behind! No world map, oh QQ you still had travel what's it honestly matter if you have a map. Did you complete the Trials by the way, cause I'd consider that post game content, the only thing you have is less choices because I'd say the story was bad ***. Maybe if you stopped bitching about how it's not turn based and you wanted a map enough to listen then you'd have gotten the story.
The story was simple, it's not exactly hard to grasp. And yes, when Square enix takes a step backward and removes content that all JRPG fans love, and them simply passes it off as 'changes' I get pissed off. I love the Final Fantasy series, and I don't like watching it get bastardised because people are fan-boys and blinded. The trials were easy and took less than 4 hours to do. 4 hours yeahhhhhhhhh k.
Bu w.e you say. I highly doubt you even gave teh game any chance once you popped it in. The same thing most people who hated it said. It's funny though because they trash talk it yet they still completed every aspect of the game. Usually when I hate a game, I stop playing it.

Yes I would. I would compare it to other superior JRPG's. And the same problems still exist whether it's an FF or not. No world map, shallow battle system, shallow development system, barely any post-game content, boring storyline and lack of freedom.
I like a certain degree of linearity in an RPG, but not having any towns with shops, not being able to talk to NPC's, how is that a step forward? In fact it's multiple steps back. The graphics were the one positive, and graphics are the last thing you look for in an RPG.

Usually even if you buy it for $60 and come back that same day, you can only sell it back for $30. Unless you're trying to sell it on craigslist or something, you could probably get $55 for it.
But you specifically said gamestop. My game stop buys it based on how the game is selling more often than not I get 40+ back, if tehy dont offer me ***I pawn it off to my friends for ~50 or craigslist it. In that case I spend no more than I would renting.

Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, Dragon Quest IX, Star Ocean: Last hope, Demons souls, Dragon Age: Origins, Resonance of Fate, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl etc etc.

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
