An investigation of your FINAL FANTASY XI account has found strong evidence
that the account in question is being sold or traded. As you may not be aware
of, this conflicts with FINAL FANTASY XI's EULA under section 4 Paragraph B which can

and Section 8 of the Terms of Use found here:

The investigation will be continued by FFXI administration to determine the
action to be taken against your account. If your account is found violating the
EULA and Terms of Use, your account can, and will be suspended/closed/or
terminated.

The fact that it says "Copyright (C) 2008 SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD. All Rights Reserved." at the bottom of that page makes be believe it is fake, as the Final Fantasy XI page even has 2001-2010, and the official Square Enix pages has 2010. They wouldn't randomly leave that at 2008.
