In other news, I heard a rumor that with the inbound level cap increase and such, BLU will be getting 50-80 new spells and they are considering (key word there) giving them dual-wield as well (I'd guess via a spell combination). Thoughts?

BLU has multi-hit spells. Frenetic rip, bludgeon, jetstream, hysteric barrage, and asuran claws are all multi-hit. And /thf is better than /nin anyway.

What isn't useful about CASATA spells? /shrug The only decent BLU I know pretty much only does nyzul and he does dynamis but I don't pay attention to what he does there.
Edit: It gets awesome after you solo for a few months in xarc cuz no one invites you to parties! That's why I make my own parties! Hell, I do that on every job really lol.

I learn a little bit about other jobs through everyone arguing on here, but that outlet is limited.
RDM is my baby right now, RNG was my first, SMN I'm just pretty well geared in, and BLM will never be amazing, but it's better than most. That's fair. I'm only going to focus on drk and blu for awhile, then sch once I get caught on with drk and blu. After sch, maybe pld, maybe cor, not really sure yet. I know it won't be nin, sam, or rdm though lol.

I just finished Drg for my 7th all my jobs have decent gear and merits(but drg)..But I think I should start thinking about lvl'ing a new one.
Any thoughts?

Edit: Eh I guess you have nin too. But that doesn't explain why Krizz got it! You'd think there would be better earrings for PLD than just loq/knights/ethereal I jokingly asked Krizz about it, he said it's for skilling-up/soloing on pld and for dnc. Or something like that. I forgot to mention earlier, but after getting ethereal the loq is kinda worthless so using supp/eth or eth/brutal.

Do you use spellcast? You should, it'd make you seem like a better pld. Lmao, I've considered it. But that's where I draw the line with 3rd pt. A program that scans to see what gear for what situation, that is just to much hacks for me. And yes with SC it would be useful to macro in at the start of all cast. other than that the brutal or supp both work. Supp if acc needed brutal if acc is fine and DA would be more benefit.

Sidenote: I just got my homam legs and I love them so maby pld would be nice so I could use them more.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
We can cover any sort of topic at all, within reason of the forum rules. No real main topic, just a bunch of FFXIAH friends/people coming on and discussing random things.

Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
