Tou where do you find the patience to camp these NMs?
I get bored super fast and can't find anything else to do while waiting for at least the ToD.

If I tried to sell mine for RL money I'd only get maybe $150 for it since I only have meh gear for my BLM.

Funny how easy it is to have a darn good geared char on WoW and sell it for $1k+, but FF you can get one that's considered equal for under $1k and it's harder/more time consuming.

It's not so much patience, as perseverance.
Today and tomorrow are my days off and I could probably have just afk'd and played Bioshock 2 while waiting for ToD. The downside to this is that people have a tendency to pull NMs out of chatlog range so as to not share ToD, which means my afk time was wasted completely. In the very least, Argus would cast Blaze Spikes and one could estimate from there. Morbolger, to my knowledge, has no such move or prep.
Also, in my head, I would save time if I just sat down and camped it as opposed to taking the lazy way out. I'm also overly critical of everything I do.
Edit: Also, I need a Morbolger Vine for Brown Belt so I can get back to my Lv19 MNK
I never tried to camp for ToD on Morb. Got his ToD by a nice person and just showed up. Some JP/Asian player was camping, but let me claim since I suppose they were RMT(maybe).

I don't usually get that lucky. However last night a THF/RNG, who was beating me to all the ram claims, sent me a /t when Rampaging Ram popped. He might've just been farming for crafts, and I was /rng myself, but it was a kind gesture that I really appreciated.
It's probably "Easier" to get ToD and then kill it, especially with the 100% drop, but if I had the friends/force... I would've opted to try my luck with the KS30 first. All the time I'm wasting now could be put toward leveling MNK so it can actually use all this crap I'm trying to get for it.
On a side note: I really really really need to remember to link my account.

Really keeping ToD a secret is a *** thing to do when you get your RA/EX drop. I don't expect people to go /shout in Jeuno/WG, but if asked then it's just plain polite.

True, but geez. I've seen nasty *** up ***on rotten/ogrish and whatnot before but it's a whole nother story when the act is committed in plain sight by these kids. I'm used to just seeing the aftermath ya know?
