Not to mention it makes drain work and chain drain is crazy. Does about 1/2-1/4 your nukes but for only like 24 mp vs blizz 3s 120. Well dark art will be lowering that and pasimonies can get you some cheap blizz3s. I'm like always rdm/sch for that.
Well I'm rdm/sch cause we do X knife right before I can I can litterally solo 1 and take a major chunk out of another before chainspell runs out. And that's without using convert.
Anyways it's not like you need erase in there especially duoing chances are your gunna still be resting even after bind wears off. And she probably can get alot more pdt on then you so should be pulling anyways. Just make sure to save a strat for addemdum white for blindna. Our thf does pretty well with haste and mob blind and sometimes para/slowed. Well good at not taking dmg bad at keeping hate lol

RDM/SCH Drain is 19 MP. Not counting Conserve MP procs over time, which would make it about 17.5.

Oh yeah I thought it was base 24 for some reason. Meh. Either way and a rdm should be wearings more conserve mp gear while draining anyways since they don't really get much in way of dark skill. I usually wear about 10 unless I'm busting out the cobra gear which I just might start doing when I get my rdm spell cast down.
Chain drain is still incredibly efficient fast dmg. Get the first bit of mp from nukes than drain when you are running low is usually what I do unless I'm all out efficiency like soloing Up in arms.

Drain is actually the most MP-efficient nuke in the game. Not to mention it's both doing ~350 damage, AND giving you the equivalent of Cure IV.
My max drain so far is 450 in Dynamis, SCH/RDM with double dark proc.

I'd still love to see chain drain, but once again, Mai refuses to go RDM/SCH (And we use her /whm for teleing to make things faster).
Usual strat is run in, buff. I pop Defender and she Chainspells it down the first time. We rest up and I scout ahead to Tuch. Second round, assuming all went smoothely, is just a Sekkanoki and 2x WeaponSkill. More or less a basic fight. 3rd round I usually Meikyo Shisui to save time, and by round 4 Berserk, Warcry, Meditate, etc is back up and we just beat it down.
Tonight, Mai was killed and I had to force it under the first time. Probably wouldn't have died had I double-checked my macros beforehand. Ah well, there's always next week. Sitting on 1.6M atm and trying to save up. Merc-ing black belt items will probably be 3-5+M

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
