You know, I'm fairly easily amused but every time Man vs. Food comes on, in the intro, it shows that clip where Adam is eating a sandwich or something and some guy in the back of the restaurant shouts "This is history in the making!"
I'm sort of at a crossroads between "Aww, I wish I got excited over seeing someone eat." and "Hey, at least I'm a little more normal than that guy!"
In the end, I kinda want to know...who are these people who leave their homes to go watch a guy on TV eat abnormally large portions for a T-Shirt? Why do they do it? Are they paid to hype things up or do they do it for a chance to be on TV? Do they not get embarrassed when they see themselves on TV, chanting something like "Beat that meat! Beat that meat!"?

Chatted about politics for awhile after, that was fun. Went to bed too late. Typical week day.

My brother had a cyst removed from his back a few weeks ago and the incision won't heal because he takes too many showers. The incision hasn't once scabbed over. He was told to keep it bandaged and dry.
Now he's bitching because it won't heal and it's going to stop him from hunting during the primitive part of season this year.

I had a refrigerator and hot-plate in my shop up in Alaska so I basically never had to interact with people unless I wanted to.
