Soo not buying heavenward this week.
Bought the smash bundle for 30 Ryu is beast. Was supposed to go to bed shortly after meshi logged off. Nope , 1 am. Ramyrez said: » I think it's because Eschan might be like...the third lamest event ever What's ahead of it? I think it's actually #1 for me, since it's so late in the cycle, and we've had a string of actually well-designed things for a while. I was more willing to forgive things like VNMs when they clearly had no idea what they were doing, but they know better now. volkom said: » well I wanted to do the login dailies/gobbie mystery box and make some more progress for a relic weapon but competitive CS:GO and GTA V is just so much more fun atm. Also xiv expansion.... need to wrap up story missions this week before business trip next monday T_T Also any time you want to CS:GO? Fair warning, I'm no longer any good at fps :P Lakshmi.Rooks said: » Ramyrez said: » I think it's because Eschan might be like...the third lamest event ever What's ahead of it? MMM MMM/Meeble Burrows are basically the same thing to me. Far too convuluted of an entry scheme, too many items to keep track of just for entering/making it work, and really not very fun. At least MMM had the enduring usefulness in that you can run in and reset your two (now one) hours immediately though. Makes rapidly destroying SCNMs really easy. VNMs are just utter ***. Frankly maybe I should have them at #1. They're an artificial bottleneck to stop progression through unnecessary competition. volkom said: » Asura.Dameshi said: » volkom said: » well I wanted to do the login dailies/gobbie mystery box and make some more progress for a relic weapon but competitive CS:GO and GTA V is just so much more fun atm. Meeble Burrows I actually liked Meebles because it the grimoires, while clumsily implemented, were an attempt at a couple of things: - Allow progress with multiple groups - Seriously overpower yourself for a fight you're having trouble with The sacks didn't recharge fast enough for the first to matter, and the fights were so easy that the second didn't either, but it was at least more inspired than previous attempts. The gear was also underwhelming. It seems like if they'd revamped Meebles (which was basically Assaults 2.0 in the first place) it could have been really good. But honestly, the list is: 1. VNMs ... ... ... ... ... 2. Everything else you forgot the Hyperion Gundam
Quote: The Hyperion Gundam is developed jointly by Eurasian Federation and Actaeon Industries, and uses technology that the latter first employed in the NMS-X07PO Gel Finieto. It is also the first mobile suit developed by the Eurasian Federation and three units are produced before the project is cancelled due to political reason. The main feature of the suit is its "Armure Lumiere" Mono-phase Lightwave Shield System, an improved version of the "Umbrella of Artemis". Like its predecessor, the "Armure Lumiere" is nearly impervious to solid or beam based weaponry and with sufficient emitters can produce a 360° barrier, granting the Hyperion incredible defensive capabilities. However the system is very energy intensive and to ensure that the suit's operation time is not affected as much as possible, all the beam weapons used by Hyperion are powered by their own independent batteries. Hyperion Gundam has a wide variety of armament, which come in form of CIWS guns, beam knives, beam cannons and a beam sub-machine gun. Hyperion Unit 1 is piloted by Canard Pars, who later upgraded it with the Neutron Jammer Canceller and a nuclear reactor, granting the suit and its weapons an infinite operation time and shots. Sorry, my Gundam knowledge is very limited. I have Zeon vs Federation on PS2 and that's about it for what I know lol.
I haven't played 14 in a year and a half...
what was it called "duty roulette"? always got the spazzy gimp blm that ran ahead and tried to sleep nuke everything solo... >.> every fuxing time Asura.Dameshi said: » Rooks Alexandre said: » Hyperion represent! . . . At least with Meebles you could earn currency to buy the Majority of the drops from that event once you had clears. Voidwatch is just down to plain luck, you can spam it for hours on end capping lights everytime and still come away with nothing but junk drops. Sort of. You couldn't get things like the fastcast torque from buying it, whereas at least Voidwatch you could buy cells. Asura.Dameshi said: » Hyperion is a gun manufacturer who specializes in high accuracy and damage. Oddly, they always say that, but it's a bunch of ***. Hyperion accuracy depends on constantly firing like a storm trooper with an uzi. Give me a Dahl or Jakobs sniper rifle or a Torgue shotgun any day. Corsair was awesome in Voidwatch, and we seldom are awesome in things. I love Voidwatch. It was fun standing at basecamp on my RDM and picking out some poor *** who didn't know about /blockaid and curing him till he timed out because I kept interrupting him from getting Visitation.

They're good all around but they're rarely my favorite in any category. Shotguns: Torgue, Hyperion (the latter largely only when they're legendary or at least higher-end purple; their tight spread is nice) Sniper Rifles: Jakobs, Dahl, Vladof SMG: Tediore, Dahl, Maliwan Pistols: Vladof, Dahl, Jakobs Rocket Launcher: Bandit Assault Rifles: Vladof, Dahl |
