My plans are well thought out. The largest problem facing us at this time is our large debt and our lack of military presence even though we have a large army. Speaking of which, you pay for such a large army and yet they do nothing, what kind of a system is this?
Our first objective should be to acquire funds, we border many large countries with malicious intentions and large funds, but who are militarily weak. Why have we not invaded, or at least made our presence upon our own borders known?
Apart from attempting an invasion of neighboring countries. I feel our crops have fallen into despair due to recent natural disasters that you have failed to hear their pleas on. Why do you allow your own people to suffer at the hands of the gods while you sit comfortably upon your throne of gold? I say we melt down said throne and use it to fund the repairs for the farmers of the land.

Ideals! You speak of options that are not available. Invasion for money? That's pure greed, and not something this kingdom was founded on. Going to war would mean putting our men, women, and children at risk, and many lives would be lost. This is unacceptable. I would rather strengthen trade with said neighbors to improve our economy. The evidence of this is clear. Have you noted the drop in subligar prices?
Crops have been low, yes. I have not sat idle. Chinese Wednesday was created for more than just a tradition of delicious food. It was also created as a way to get people to consume imported food at least once a week to reduce strain on our local crop supply. Plus it again puts more money into the economy. I know it's not the best solution, but given what resources we have to work with, there aren't many options.
