When did you reactivate?
Because they will bill you for the remainder of the month you activated regardless of whether it was 29 days or 1.
And it will compound on the first of the next month, meaning you paid for the previous and current month at once.
The only time you pay the exact amount for the remainder of a month is when you have your free trial period upon new account creation.

They probably won't budge, but maybe. It just sucks, both bf and I reactivated on then 28th and so it was a random 50 dollars I was not expecting billed to my credit card. DDD:
